Deborah’s Circle Ministry (DCM) is a faith-based nonprofit organization headquartered in Kansas, USA. It began as a mentorship initiative focused on helping women maximize their potential, live with purpose, and become agents of positive influence in their communities. Today, the ministry has expanded its reach to support low-income women in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia through targeted economic empowerment programs.
We equip women to discover, develop, and live out their God-given potential through personal growth, spiritual enrichment, leadership development, and practical life strategies. Our programs foster holistic growth in both character and purpose.
We empower low-income women in Ethiopia through financial literacy, personal growth coaching, and entrepreneurial training. By offering startup resources, we help women build sustainable income, achieve financial independence, and break the cycle of poverty.
We support public hospitals' maternity wards in Addis Ababa by providing essential supplies to new mothers and their babies, helping ensure a healthy start to life.
Together, we are planting seeds of hope, opportunity, and change—one woman, one family, and one community at a time.
